Let us manage your property to take away the hassle and stress. Our management service includes all the following:

	Producing letting details, circulating to applicants and advertising.
	Introducing a tenant - including reletting when tenants leave.
	Taking up references.
	Completing the tenancy agreement.
	Holding a deposit.
	Transferring services and utilities on each change of occupier.
	Collecting and forwarding rents to the Landlord with monthly statements
	Arranging for Landlord's repairs and maintenance as appropriate.

Overseas landlords can apply to Inland Revenue to receive rents with no Income Tax deducted - we will supply the application form at no charge for your completion. Full management by Ayling & Strudwick starts at 12.5% of rents received (plus VAT) and is charged monthly, not 6 months in advance as is the case with some agencies. The commission rate can be reduced for larger properties or longer term managements - call for details.

ARLA member firms have met strict criteria for entry; have professional indemnity insurance; abide by a Code of Conduct (a copy of which is available on request); and are covered by a Bonding Scheme for the protection of money belonging to Landlords as well as Tenants' deposits.
